It means your pet receives a top class treatment every time. We
do not cut corners or offer a vast array of a la carte or add-on
services. If your pet needs a deep conditioning treatment, as
determined by us, they will receive it and you do not pay extra. If
your pet requires a little extra T.L.C. and time, they will receive it,
at no extra cost. Your dog's grooming experience is as follows:

 | We will assess your dog's coat condition upon arrival to | |
| determine the best choice of products and action to take in the groom process. | ||
| Nails are trimmed, fur around the pads of the feet and | |
| sanitary areas is trimmed away, ears are plucked and/or cleaned, we assess the body for parasites (fleas, etc) and any pre-existing anomalies (warts, cuts, hot spots). | ||
| We gently brush out the dog. Double-coated breeds are | |
| carded, to rid the coat of loose hair, while other breeds might receive a pre-trim prior to entering the bath. This is particularly relevant for heavily matted or neglected coats. | ||
| Prior to the bath, cotton wool is packed in the ears to | |
| avoid water from entering. | ||
| Your dog receives two baths (minimum) with a Hydro- | |
| Massage bathing system, which not only provides a lovely massage, it reduces the amount of shampoo we require and disperses it more evenly resulting in a cleaner dog and no product residue build-up. | ||
| Your dog will receive a conditioning treatment as required. | |
| A leave-in humectant spritz with sunscreen will be | |
| applied to the coat which seals moisture in the coat, protects from harmful UV rays and leaves coat fresh and soft to the touch. | ||
| Your dog is dried by hand with a high velocity dryer and/or | |
| a fluff drying process. We will determine which method will bring about the best finish on your dog in the most time-effective way possible. Rest assured, we do not crate dry with heated dryers. If crate drying is utilized in the drying process, we use fans only. The dogs always enjoy a peaceful nap during this phase of their groom. Older dogs, especially, benefit from this relaxing break, half-way through their groom. | ||
| Once dry, we work on the final trim, style or haircut | |
| (whatever term you prefer). With our double-coated breeds, any remaining loose, shedding hair is encouraged out of the coat by various carding methods. | ||
| Once the finished result is achieved, a bandana or bow is | |
| chosen and a lovely scent is applied. | ||
| The greatest reward for being groomed is the attention | |
| your dog will receive once home. If your dog smells clean and fresh and is clean and soft to touch, you and your family members and friends will be more apt to touch, pat and cuddle with your furry family member. To your dog, this is the pay-off which makes a day at the groomer's so worth it! |

Small Dogs $45.00 + Medium Dogs $50.00 + Large Dogs $65.00 + Giant Dogs $85.00 + This, of course, is only a starting point. Please call for more information. Pricing is subject to change.
